The ninth edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will take place across the length and breadth of the Caribbean islands and the United States of America between June 02-29.
Each team will play a total of four Group matches in this 20-team event. The top two from each of the four groups will advance to the Super-8 stage, where eight teams will be split into two groups.
The top two teams from each group will move to the knockout stage. The semi-finals will take place on June 27, followed by the summit clash in Barbados on June 29.

“Well, we’re excited as it’s the first time in history in the US, Cricket World Cup, it brings so much excitement to all the fans and the community as well,” a cricket player for Sri Lanka said.
Thousands turned out for the match. Aerial views showed the line to enter the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in East Meadow.
“We’ve got people from all over the world who flew into Nassau County to watch one of the premier sporting events in the world,” said Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman.
